Why two-sided?

Most land sites in Georgia only show what's for sale. That works for buyers — they look. But sellers have to wait. Nakveti.ge flips this: buyers can publicly say what they want, and landowners can come to them.

Buyer Requests are not a hidden lead form. They are first-class public marketplace listings, treated visually and structurally as equals to Seller Listings.

Privacy

Listing and request details are public. Direct contact details (phone, email) are hidden behind a click — visitors must explicitly request to see them, which keeps casual scrapers and spam at bay.
